Yeah, the "waterproof treatment" doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. It's still cardboard.

It's an interesting idea, though. I like the head scan as part of a fitting...sure is better than generic head-shaped helmets.

there is a corrugated plastic product that looks like cardboard, and it is moisture resistant. it is used for cheap outdoor signs, etc., and can be cut just like paper product.
