I know the go-pro video editing software can rotate in increments of 90 degrees, but I'm looking for a way to rotate a video by just a few degrees. I think it's annoying when the video turns out just slightly crooked.

Any suggestions?

Seems I was wrong, Streamclip only rotates in 90 increments also...
I'll put down my Gin & Tonic and try hard to remember how I did it!

I'm using Adobe Premiere and After Effects. It does cost a few bucks, but there are hundreds of tutorials on youtube that shows you have to good looking movies

If all you are doing is watching the video then you can rotate it by any increment using VLC Media Play for free.
