This is a lecture Al Bowers gave nine months ago on the subject.

AMA Expo West 2018 - NASA's Al Bowers: Prandtl Wing Update

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-dk1NpVNNI

“The important and difficult job is never to find the right answers, it is to find the right question.” Peter Drucker

After watching the lecture there should be some questions raised applicable to flex wing hang gliders.

If you would have gone to the ESA Workshop, you could have asked Al Bowers those questions.
