Does anyone have any experience repairing a rib pocket on a falcon when the hole is inside the leading edge pocket? It does not seem to be an easy way to get in there...

You need to open the leading edge pocket seams. There are two layers. One for the lower surface and one for the Mylar insert pocket. Once that's done, you will have free access to the batten pocket. There is no easy way. Ask me how I know.
