Soon I will take the H2 written exam.

I have read Pagan's Training Manual as well as Performance Flying. I have a photographic memory; problem is I am out of film.

Any specific areas (chapters) to re-read in prepapration for the test? Other sources of study material?

Thanks in advance.

The back of the book has study guides, follow that and you should do fine.
Study:
Flying faster
Turns
Glider response. ie roll
launch factors
higher winds
safety factors
performance factors
stalls and the warning signs of a stall
landing elements
aerodynamics
air conditions

Be sure to read the notes at the end of the study guide. He more or less tells you the answer to a couple of badly worded questions on the test.

Be aware and careful of very poorly written questions. There were a couple on my writen that my technical writing prof would have given a student a failing grade for. One I remember if read as writen, very bad grammar, the answer was A. If re-read to be grammatically correct the answer was B.

Also, understand bar preasure and how it changes in different phases of flight.

You'll need to know some basic FAA stuff as well.
